What is this about?
The 'Smart Work Centers' (SWC) are decentralized work areas, flexible and pre-equipped with the necessary technologies, and brought together as part of a network.
Each center of this network complies with criteria for comfort, ergonomics and safety. The available technologies are standardized and of good quality. The aim is to be able to guarantee users a professional, qualitative environment without unpleasant surprises.
Now that the working world is rapidly changing, the 'Smart Work Centers' intend to meet enterprise needs in terms of flexibility, mobility and productivity. This way, employees can choose a nearby work place for an unlimited time, without having to face the necessity of often nerve-racking and time-consuming commuter traffic!
Who is involved?
All Walloon enterprises looking for a place for their employees. This solution is also intended for independent workers.
More precisely?
The network of 'Smart Work Centers' already counts 8 centers, spread over different provinces. Certain centers will be operated by the public sector, while other centers will be operated by private companies.
The formula wants to be easy:there is no long, complicated tenancy agreement to be signed, no long term engagement, nor the payment of a huge security fee to be paid beforehand.It is important to listen to the customers and to try to satisfy them in the best way.The applicable prices are very competitive, with several price formulas fit to comply with various user types.
In the future, the goal is to reach approximately thirty centers spread all over Belgium in order to offer a tight network and a 'drop point" close to the most important centers of economical activity.
