NEST'up

What is this about?

NEST'up by CREATIVE WALLONIA is a start-up accelerator in Belgium inspired by TechStars (USA). It is an assistance program bringing together 6 teams of Belgian entrepreneurs for 9 weeks, surrounded by more than 30 coaches, experts and mentors.

This intense event is a unique opportunity for all participants to have their project started. Through key partnerships with CREATIVE WALLONIA, Le Soir, but also existing Belgian start-ups and numerous enterprises and organizations, all conditions are obtained in order to guarantee the success of the projects engaged in NEST'up and the development of a whole entrepreneurial ecosystem in Wallonia and Belgium.

Who is involved?

The call for projects is addressed to entrepreneurs having a project running who wish to obtain assistance throughout the course of their adventure.

In a larger sense, any individual can also get inspired by this initiative and aspire to go beyond. The target is to make these 6 entrepreneurs the ambassadors of creative economy.

More precisely?

The call for projects took place from August 6th until September 9th 2012. The 6 most innovative and promising teams have been selected.

NEST'up will close at its apex on Friday November 16th with a Demonstration Day during which the start-ups will launch their product in the presence of the press, investors and anyone else interested in innovation.
