The "What service(s) for what citizen(s)? - public services innovate with the user" discussion makes up the portrait of service design and points out the potential of its use within the context of politics and public services.

The public services and citizens services conception is more and more complex and is becoming increasingly important.

The designer role is traditionally to work out practice and use, and to provide innovative and attractive solutions. In recent years, the methods are often applied to services, and evolve towards participatory design, which integrates the user perspective well in advance of the project.

Throughout the day, a French witness will share his experience using the service design in the public sector. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice some of the tools in workshops specially designed for this day.

Objective: To discover the service design and learning to integrate it into its organization in order to provide citizen-centered services.
