What is this about?
OP/IN wants to help enterprises wanting to innovate in their global operations in order to improve their competitiveness.
In order to remain competitive on a market that is continuously evolving, enterprises must integrate a continuous innovation approach, in order to favor collaborative dynamics and privilege participating management, allowing each collaborator to become a real insider entrepreneur in the business.
New behavior or functioning models are coming into being.
Enterprises intending to set up an innovating organization and/or process model for their sector can call upon OP/IN to help them realize their projects. This realization can be achieved through:
- Development of a management policy for innovation and a management of human resources linked to the new working models,
- Setting up a collaborative approach and the development of original internal and external tools favoring co-creation...
- Improvement of the production area layout
- Etc...
Who is involved?
This is for any small or medium-sized enterprise prepared to take the risks to optimize its procedures in an innovating way in order to increase productivity.
More precisely?
If the project is accepted, the subsidies will be paid proportionately based on actual expenditures (eligible costs) for processing and optimization of these processes.
The applicable subsidyratesare as follows:
- 35% of the eligible costs for a small enterprise
- 25% of the eligible costs for a medium-sized enterprise
- 15% of the eligible costs for a restricted sized non autonomous enterprise.
The eligible costs include staff costs, material costs, costs for instruments, supplies and costs related to research and obtaining technical knowledge, provided that they are used within the framework of project realization.
